The salad rolls with pork were pretty good, the pork cookery and flavor was there but the rice paper was drying out and there could have been more veggies (there was just a piece of romaine and lot of noodles with the meat). The vegetarian pho tasted like salty water with maybe a hint of umami. The tofu seemed to just be fried without any seasoning or sauce added which would have been mostly okay if the broth had flavor since the tofu soaked up A LOT of broth. I really wanted flavor and some spice, perhaps, but this was very disappointing. I really like that I can choose to pay cash in store when ordering online instead of being forced to use my card online, it was honestly why I tried this place but likely won't be going back anytime soon because it was just too bland.
